Girika A2 Desi Cow Ghee is made entirely from the milk extracted from Gir cows. The maintenance and rich feed of Gir cow gives around 5-6 litres of milk per day which is more nutritious than foreign breeds that produce more milk. The cows are neither forced nor injected with hormones to enhance milk production
Our ghee is bilona churned with a wooden churner which consumed almost 30 liters of milk to prepare 1 Kg of Ghee.
